「It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. 」

「We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. I don’t think their cleaning people are that good. The floors were FILTHY! There was no outdoor pool or gym. The prop manager provided me some a vague map with DIRECTIONS to...

「I will say the owner was very responsive to our needs. Getting there the first night there was no internet or TV working and everything was closed so there wasn't much to do. Also there is a lot of windows in the place which is nice, but if you wake up with light then you need to bring some eye coverings as it was bright at 5 am.I just felt the description of the location and place wasn't what we got. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the metro, but you have to walk through a Home Depot...

「Not only was the unit clean, easily accessible and inviting, our hosts were a huge asset to a good time in DC. They left a full list and map of the neighborhood including excellent places to eat and fun things to do. The location of the rental unit is perfect. We cruised around on rented mopeds and saw every monument, memorial, and museum. We only stayed three nights but it would’ve been comfortable for much longer. Thank you hosts! 「Lovely apartment! Comfortable beds, loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom. Fairly close to the monuments, etc, about 15 min drive depending on traffic. Beautiful kitchen, however minimally stocked for actual cooking, we love to cook our own meals and it was challenging. Also we thought there was an actual hot tub, there is not, it’s a soaking bathtub. Overall I would recommend a stay here! Just be ready for all the stairs, there’s alot!!」
