“The place was very neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable.Ample parking right on the street.very quiet neighborhood. All basic essentials available for the stay . Host was very communicative and responded quickly, Overall a very well maintained place to stay with small family. ”

“The space was very clean, updated and well appointed. Super close to all of the museums and monuments. There was a market close by and places to hang out after a long day at the museums. Keep in mind this is a basement unit so there is alot of movement above the unit and you are sharing a hot water heater so take quick showers. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was exactly as described in the listing and beautifully appointed. The location was very convenient, just a few blocks from a metro stop. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and truly cared about insuring we had a pleasant stay. The rooftop deck was a nice spot to relax in the late afternoon. ”

“We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. I don’t think their cleaning people are that good. The floors were FILTHY! There was no outdoor pool or gym. The prop manager provided me some a vague map with DIRECTIONS to……

“It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. ”

“My family of three arrived for a Thanksgiving stay. The living room was soiled as though it had not been vacuumed. There was an active roach infestation, and both the bed and bathmat were covered in hair. We would have done laundry but there was already laundry in the washer and there wasn’t a drier. We moved out fearful that we’d end up being bedbugs home. I’ve never written such a review and remain shocked at the state of this place. ”

“I will say the owner was very responsive to our needs. Getting there the first night there was no internet or TV working and everything was closed so there wasn't much to do. Also there is a lot of windows in the place which is nice, but if you wake up with light then you need to bring some eye coverings as it was bright at 5 am.I just felt the description of the location and place wasn't what we got. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the metro, but you have to walk through a Home Depot……
