"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. There were light switches that don't work. The aircon vent was dripping onto the floor by the front door and the stain...

"Bij aankomst enigszins verbaasd over de locatie. Het was een hotel op de bovenste verdieping van een appartementencomplex voor “gewone” bewoners. Kamer was klein maar netjes. Fijn dat er een balkon was. Bij het ontbijt waren we aangenaam verrast. Zoveel keus! En echt goed gegeten. Konden heerlijk op het terras zitten met skyline uitzicht. Werden zelfs plaids aangereikt omdat de wind misschien nog wat frisjes was. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Op 10 minuutjes lopen van het OV wat...
