“The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”

“Management is terrible. The lady that was there when I checked in (said she was the manager) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Location feels unsafe. Furniture was outdated and unstable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.”

“Sold my room after reserving and paying in advance. Will never forget getting into Chicago at 2am just for them to tell us they are full capacity when driving from out of state. No call or anything!! Very upset and disappointed”

“打开房门有浓烈的发霉味，消毒水味道，下水道有一些果蝇。 并且周边环境很不安全，11PM在酒店门口，有瘾君子过来捡烟头，并且询问我们是否有烟。 酒店前台也比较冷漠。”

“Location is okay but the place was terribly dirty: dirty and sticky floor, dust in the bed, sticky stains in the table, and super smelly perfume they use on the bedding and curtains. Not worth the price.”

“The rooms were being fumigated when we showed up then the power went out do to bad weather and you’d think they would have a generator for situations like this nope didn’t care for any of the guest safety or security”

“VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. ”

“they basically scammed us. made us pay double the amount we were supposed to and saying Expedia cancelled our booking when we called and they confirmed it was not cancelled. Expedia even tried calling the motel and they would not pick up the phone. they then said they were charging more because of the festival (summer smash) and we watched them also do the same thing to other people. room was dirty and also was leaking from the ceiling and the door from the rain, the AC cover wasn't even on all……

“Very disappointing stay. I booked this hotel to rest during my trip, but the actual condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The cleanliness was very poor, and the facilities were outdated and badly maintained. The real experience was far from what was shown online. After staying only a few hours, I decided to check out immediately and book another hotel because I simply could not tolerate the environment.
