「I stayed here for work and found it a perfect location. Steve was very good with communication and answering all my questions. The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. I stayed 4 nights and looked to re book the same room the following week but unfortunately it had gone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. 」

「What an amazing place Vespers is. The location is perfect right on the river but close to Potter Heigham. We have a boat and we were able to moor it right outside the property. Inside the place is very spacious. We particularly enjoyed eating in the separate dining room. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including glasses for every occasion!! We would definitely recommend the property if you are wanting to come to Norfolk.」

「Our family’s stay was fantastic! We spent a total of 4 nights here and our stay was amazing, the house has easy access to the seafront and the high street which are all in a 5 minute walking distance which makes it a great place to stay for families, but just as a comment it could do with some grass in the garden for dogs. 「We really enjoyed our stay at Rubblestone Cottage. The cottage was warm and comfortable, with everything we needed. A cosy living room with a window that looks over the meadow, which allows you to watch the visiting wildlife. Main bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food and the owner provides a great list of pubs, restaurants and takeaways. 「We booked all of the cottages they were beautiful, very clean and amazing. The gardens were very secure so the small grandchildren where very safe which gave us peace of mind. The games room was good for all especially the Big Kids !! We will be going back and would recommend Fielding Cottages and the Goat Shed to all. Shop and cafe were also amazing」
