“Could see the ocean ”

“ Very bad experience anywhere in the beach in the hotel in the restaurant I wasn’t happy but poor Service that have many people to work in lunchtime. Take you 2 1/2 hour to eat taco fish.”

“Bay view from the room was nice on some mornings seaplanes would land in the bay waking us up in the early morning. We asked one of the front desk workers if she could take a picture of us seeing that the lobby was empty with no else checking in and she seemed bothered by our request.”

“Save your time and money and go somewhere else. As a matter of fact, just do yourself a favor and scratch the entire island off your bucket list. It is so far overpriced compared to every other amazing tropical island and the service and attitude of all the locals is just HORRIBLE! “Sunset Gardens was nice enough and I would stay there again, but it was not 5 star accommodations. If you stay at a fancy resort I am guessing you will not experience the idiosyncrasies of island life. We stayed 2 nights and really only slept and showered. The rest of the time we were out exploring. We did have a rental car and never had an issue with parking but it is limited (8 spaces approximately) and I think we were told there were 17 rooms total. “Starz is in a shady area to begin with, but the amenities are a joke. For starters, there is no place to park unless you park on a very steep/narrow hill which either blocks you or someone else in. We ended up parking on the sidewalk. There is no elevator, so regardless of what floor you are on, you will be dragging your luggage up stairs. “Island View Guesthouse is a little gem! Their dinning area is quite quaint with an impressive panoramic view of East, South and West Charlotte side of the Island. John and Jerome are great Host, and displayed best in class service. Extremely polite and accommodating. They made my stay comfortable. This is not an invention for future guess to take advantage of them. Just know you will have a comfortable stay. I had dinner here one night. Although quite pricey, the the food and service was……
