"Our room was always kept in tip top condition. Anything we asked for or needed the hotel staff made sure we were well served and attend to. Breakfast was available daily and staff were amazing. We were six in our group and we occupied 3 rooms. We all were very satisfied with all amenities provided to include air conditioning. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. The staff in all areas were amazing."

"Check in was easy and we got on upgrade to a junior suite. The place is was well maintained. The rooms are spacious. We ate at the restaurant had good service and food was pretty good. Awesome pick up and return service to the airport. Awesome stay and will return. Highly recommend. "

"When we arrived this hotel, our room is not ready even though I t already passed check-in time, the front desk staff had no apologize no any willingness to solve the problem. Just told us sit there to Wait 40 minutes. This is not acceptable. We spend US$398 for one night, at least we should be able to check in at the time indicated on the reservation. We felt many steps at the front desk, but no leaders nobody can make a decision resolve problem quickly. But the airport shuttle pick up person is very helpful and friendly and on time."
