"The cabin/park model we stayed in was quite spacious for just the two of us. Everything was clean. Dishes and pots and pans, bed linens and towels, fridge, were all nice and fresh, beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was a little underwhelming. No extra blankets were available in the rooms, could be an issue on cold days in the winter. It took a few minutes to realize the mini-split ac/heaters were both operated by one remote, and how to work it, worked greated once we got that figured out. Strangely, the min-split remote also turned on the TV (?), probably not by design Parking is sketchy -- I can see that when the place is crowded that could be a problem. Food at the onsite restaurant was okay, but surprisingly a bit overpriced for what you got. The bar appeared well-stocked, but we did not take advantage of that. Staff were very nice and helpful."

"Absolute Gem!Our stay at the Little House in Cedar Key was an absolute delight, and it honestly ranks as one of the best and cutest rentals we have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked through the door, the "Artist Cottage" vibe felt so welcoming and thoughtful. It is perfectly decorated, making the space feel both cozy and inspiring.The cottage is tucked away in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood where we felt completely at peace, yet it still had every single thing we could have possibly needed for a comfortable stay. It’s rare to find a place that feels this well-loved and intentional. We enjoyed every minute of the quiet atmosphere and the charming surroundings—we truly didn't want to leave! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of character, this is the perfect spot."

"Great little gem of a place, whether you're RVing or camping. We stayed in the smaller cabins and have absolutely no complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful and the other guests were respectful. They even had events and fun things to do throughout the week... great for families or couples."

"While camping at Manatee Springs our tent sprung a leak and got soaked. Liz at the front desk helped me find a laundry mat to dry everything out. The room was clean and spacious. "

"We only stayed for a brief overnight on our way south, but this is a lovely traditional style motel with a nice pool, restaurant across the road for breakfast and lunch, and on the river in this little fishing town. Our room was spacious with a sitting room with sofa, TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker; a bathroom and a nice bedroom. As we were arriving a little late the office called us with instructions how to access our room. Will happily stay again!"
