“Cute and cozy for a quick scalloping trip. King bed was comfortable and AC worked great in steamy July. Things to note (if bringing kids): you can see through the fireplace in the shared bedroom/living room into the bathroom tub area. As such, we had to put up a blanket for privacy. Also, the mattress on the pullout coach is very thin. Happy we brought our own extra mattress for the kids.”

“Location is great. Close to everything, easily walkable. Lots of room to park a boat and a couple vehicles. Home has that authentic Florida cracker feel to it.”

“Everything was fine”

“Love the quiet secluded location and close by many springs. 30 mins from Gainsville and the Oaks Mall where we had plenty of shopping available and our kids loved the trampoline park there. Closest grocery store was around 30 mins away but we were able to find dolllar general market with everything we needed a little closer. The hostesses were great at all communications with us before and during our stay! I would recommend bringing plenty of personal towels for any water activities planned bc……

“What a treat! The Creamsicle Cottage was perfect for me, my husband and our two maltipoos!! The cottage was clean and comfortable - it even has some staples that I was really glad to see since I forgot some of the things I usually bring (like salt/pepper/Pam). McCormick Realty was really wonderful to deal with - they checked on us appropriately and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The house was perfect. Great location, it had everything needed for a short stay. Coffee keurig pot with a few pods, new frig, the house was way more than we expected. Covered place for your car or truck, with golf cart. Big tv, great recliners, host was great.”

“Great homebase in Steinhatchee for my work trip. Nothing super fancy, but had everything I needed. Cozy, comfortable, clean, functional and secure. At 6'3" I'm probably the max height for the shower, as its under the loft and was a little tight, but that's just tall people problems and I managed. Laundry is communal in a building right outside of unit. Hardworking and very friendly Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!”
