The place is exactly like the pictures, realistic. The cleanliness is perfect, the equipment is maximum. The comfort are fantastic, the hosts are lovely. A perfect place for those who want to relax. We would like to come back when the olive trees have grown and there is more shade. The smell of lavender and rosemary in the yard made the rest even better, helped to relax. Due to the location of Rasopasno, many beaches are easy to reach. We were on a different beach every day. There were many guests with dogs in the neighbors, and we also found many beaches for dogs, and the small wooded area next to the house is perfect for a morning walk with the dog.

Special place!

We were lucky to find availability for our very last minute holiday and could not have asked for a better property. We were 4 adults and one toddler and the house catered for everything. Now that we had our own private pool, we don’t think we can go back to being without :-) The host Srecko was very friendly and flexible with the check in and always just a phone call away. The first day we called and he came round to turn up the pool temperature for our little one with no problem. The house was everything we could have hoped for, absolutely perfect holiday. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean, spacious property with a private pool. We very much hope to be back in the future :-)

High-end vacation!

We stayed for 11 nights in July 2025. The place was perfect better than the photos. The pool was lovely and warm. All the bedrooms were really clean and tidy. Plenty of towels supplied. The air-conditioning was really efficient. Kept the place lovely and cool. The location itself is very quiet. Local amenities are within five or 10 minutes drive. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend it.

Hervorragende Beratung und Betreung vor Ort!

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus Zala in Rasopasno gebucht und waren total begeistert, wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gab es ein eigenes Bad was sehr positiv war. Das Haus entsprach genau wie im Angebot zu sehen. Der Pool war eines von vielen Highlights. Sauberkeit und Service waren perfekt. Würden immer wieder kommen und gerne weiter empfehlen. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Herr Srecko Hunski der ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber war.

Tolles Ferienhaus für Familien oder z.B. auch befreundete Paare. Uns hat's sehr gefallen!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet (eigenes Bad für jedes Schlafzimmer, viel Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern, große und gut ausgestattete Küche, ...) und sauber. Die Außenanlagen waren ebenfalls sehr gepflegt inkl. Parkplatz und natürlich dem Pool. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung bzw. zum Gastgeber war sehr nett. Er war kurze Zeit nach unserer Ankunft vor Ort und hat uns noch Verschiedenes erklärt. Ein weiterer Kontakt war nicht nötig. So soll's sein.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Janus est un hôte très sympathique et accueillant! Sa villa est très agréable et fonctionnelle: quel confort d'avoir une toilette et une douche dans chaque chambre! la construction est récente et lumineuse. La piscine chauffée est très agréable et permet de nager même les jours nuageux: les enfants ont adorés! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Volledig verzorgd ingericht, ruim voldoende handdoeken aanwezig en een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad. Hoewel we de airco niet nodig hadden, is het wel fijn dat alle kamers hiervan zijn voorzien.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Januš empfangen. Anschließend hat er uns mit der Unterkunft vertraut gemacht . Wow. 🤩 . Alles genauso wie schon auf den Fotos gesehen, aber in real ist das noch mal viel schöner. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war einzigartig. Vielen vielen DANK dafür . Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Allgemeines zur Villa

Villa, Ausstattung und Einrichtung war Top und ohne jegliche Mängel. So wünscht man sich eine Urlaubsunterkunft. Der beheizte Pool war fantastisch und war auch bei schlechterem Wetter nutzbar. Der Ort war sehr zentral und alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kontakt mit Herr Hunski sehr unproblematisch; er war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn Fragen waren. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Aussenbereich einschließlich dem Pool von der Straßenseite zu stark einsehbar ist, obwohl die Straße nur wenig genutzt wird.

Alles bestens! In Haus und Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Moskitonetze und komplette Verdunkelung an allen Fenstern und Türen. Absolut sauber im und ums Haus. Viel Platz und Stauraum, bequeme Betten für langen und erholsamen Schlaf 😊 Kein Trubel sondern absolute Ruhe, die Nachbarhäuser sind ebenfalls vermietet. Pool angenehme Temperatur. Kleines Geschäft zu Fuß erreichbar, großer Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten in Malinska mit dem Auto. Wir waren als Familie mit Jugendlichen Anfang Juli da. Hatten zur Abwechslung unsere Dartscheibe und Spiele mit und alle haben die Ruhe genossen. Ausflüge zu umliegenden Stränden je nachdem wie lange man fahren möchte und welche Ansprüche man hat, es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten.

Great stay!

Echt een prachtig huis met een mooi zwembad. De bedden zijn goed, de badkamers zijn mooi en in de keuken is alles aanwezig om uitgebreid eten te bereiden. Het huis was ook schoon. Januš is een zeer vriendelijke host die snel reageert mocht er iets zijn. Ik zou dit huis iedereen aanraden en we zijn zelf ook zeker van plan nog eens terug te komen omdat het enorm goed bevallen is.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes, großzügiges Ferienhaus in angenehmer Umgebung. Ideale Ausgangslage für Ausflüge über die Insel bzw. an die Küste. Das Bad im EG war leider sehr eng, die Dusche für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht wirklich barrierfrei. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes, großzügiges Ferienhaus in angenehmer Umgebung. Ideale Ausgangslage für Ausflüge über die Insel bzw. an die Küste. Das Bad im EG war leider sehr eng, die Dusche für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht wirklich barrierfrei. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfekte Villa

Sehr schöne und für uns 6 Personen perfekt eingerichtete Villa. Ruhige Lage ,kurze Anfahrten zum einkaufen und zu den Badestränden. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich in der nahen natürlichern Umgebung schnell wie zuhause. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, und schon diskutiert diese Villa nochmals zu Buchen. Preis / Leistung ok.
