Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in this nice villa. Equipment is excellent, the host is really friendly and we enjoyed exploring the area from here. Every spot on Krk is good to reach by a 15-30 min car drive. Due to the weather we could not use the pool, as there is no sun in the pool area (which can be an advantage in summer), therefore it was too cold for us being there with only 20 degrees outside temperature.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i denne villaen på Krk. Alt var helt topp, leiligheten var romslig, ren og godt utstyrt, og uteområdet med det oppvarmede bassenget var rett og slett herlig. Beliggenheten er perfekt i rolige omgivelser, men samtidig bare en kort kjøretur til dagligvarebutikk og andre fasiliteter. Vi kunne ikke vært mer fornøyde, og kan varmt anbefale stedet videre!

Herrlicher Urlaub!

Wir haben nun zum zweiten Mal eine Villa über Adria Villas gebucht und haben uns erneut von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Einziger Hinweis: Auf den Bildern ist der Pool über eine Treppe zugänglich, diese haben wir aber nicht vorgefunden sondern eine Leiter. Dies war für mich aufgrund körperlicher Einschränkungen schwierig. Wir haben vor, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen! Danke auch an Herrn Hunski für die umfassende und freundliche Betreuung!

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jeder Zeit nochmal mieten.

Alles sehr sauber, Küche ist für kroatische Verhältnisse sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und gut erhalten. Es waren auch genug Schränke vorhanden ein separater Hauswirtschaftsraum wo man einiges lagern kann. Der Pool war beheizt und so konnten wir ihn auch in den Osterferien nutzen. Außerdem ist der Vermieter sehr freundlich, Wein und Wasser zur Begrüßung und zu Ostern hat er uns eine selbstgemachte Salami mitgebracht. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen so dass man wirklich entspannen kann. Ein schöner Strand ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 4min erreichbar.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen!

Die Villa sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Man kommt an und der Urlaub beginnt. ??? Zu jeder Jahreszeit ist der Pool beheizt. Wir buchten bereits mehrfach...und haben es für 2024 schon wieder getan. ? 3 Zimmer mit separaten Bädern plus Gäste-WC, was will man mehr. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Preis/Leistung ist TOP! Ansprechpartner Herr Hunski ist super nett und sofort zur Stelle/ erreichbar, um Kleinigkeiten zu regeln und bei Bedarf zu helfen. Liebe Grüße. Familie U.Ritzau (4 kids & Hund)

Sehr schöne Villa

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und neuwertiges Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Der Vermieter Hr. Hunski war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einzig die Küchenschränke sollten neu eingestellt werden (Schubladen fallen von alleine auf) und ein neuer Saugroboter für den Pool wäre ebenfalls gut. Ansonsten haben wir nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Villa Terra liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und eine Einkaufsstadt (crikvenica) (Souvenirs, essen, etc) ist auch nicht weit weg. Dass Haus ist schön ausgestattet und echt gemütlich, der Vermieter des Hauses ist sehr freundlich und nett.
