Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in this nice villa. Equipment is excellent, the host is really friendly and we enjoyed exploring the area from here. Every spot on Krk is good to reach by a 15-30 min car drive. Due to the weather we could not use the pool, as there is no sun in the pool area (which can be an advantage in summer), therefore it was too cold for us being there with only 20 degrees outside temperature.

Sehr netter Vermieter. Top Unterkunft. Alles perfekt. Werden den Pool vermissen. Waren zu 5. dort, mit zusätzlich 2 Katzen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Überdachte Terasse, Grill vorhanden, … alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Vielen dank für den super angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen!

Die Villa sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Man kommt an und der Urlaub beginnt. ??? Zu jeder Jahreszeit ist der Pool beheizt. Wir buchten bereits mehrfach...und haben es für 2024 schon wieder getan. ? 3 Zimmer mit separaten Bädern plus Gäste-WC, was will man mehr. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Preis/Leistung ist TOP! Ansprechpartner Herr Hunski ist super nett und sofort zur Stelle/ erreichbar, um Kleinigkeiten zu regeln und bei Bedarf zu helfen. Liebe Grüße. Familie U.Ritzau (4 kids & Hund)

Sehr schöne Villa

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und neuwertiges Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Der Vermieter Hr. Hunski war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einzig die Küchenschränke sollten neu eingestellt werden (Schubladen fallen von alleine auf) und ein neuer Saugroboter für den Pool wäre ebenfalls gut. Ansonsten haben wir nichts zu bemängeln.

the house is brand new and in great condition, we felt very comfortable. the communication with the owner went very well, we always got quick answers. the owner is always available and happy to help. Die Villa Terra liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und eine Einkaufsstadt (crikvenica) (Souvenirs, essen, etc) ist auch nicht weit weg. Dass Haus ist schön ausgestattet und echt gemütlich, der Vermieter des Hauses ist sehr freundlich und nett.
