「We did a quick stop here for a day to get to know the area of San Jeronimo a little better. It is an old run down hotel that seems to be stuck in the 70s however that is part of the appeal. You don’t come here for all the “bells and whistles” but rather for a quick relaxing stay in “nature.” Staff is friendly however service for food and drinks are extremely slow 」

「not worth the money very average accomodations, roach infested rooms. useless bathroom jacuzzi was installed up against the toilette making the toilette useless. hundreds of pesos in hidden charges was charged for 5 glasses of ice. who does that????????way overpriced for the conditions at the hotel.. rotting fruit everywhere even in the pool...worst masseuse I have ever had..DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL..GET BETTER MEALS AT A TRUCK STOP,,,VERY BAD FOOD 」

「Un buen lugar pero ponen muy alto el volumen de la musica en la piscina, tambien si deseas salir en la noche del hotel no encuentra como solicitar la apertura de la puerta」

「Staff were fabulous and the room was clean and lovely, however, there was a mining site just outside the property which meant that you could hear drills from 6am to 6pm and large trucks drove past every 10 minutes. The noise prevented any relaxation and was awful. Also, the extras were outrageously expensive and on par with a 5 star hotel - which it certainly was not. Stay away」

「The owner never responded to texts as to when, where and how to get keys to property. Bad Bunny was in town that weekend so he must've got a private offer that was much higher. The least they could do is cancel. We had to find a place an hour away from where we planned to be. DO NOT book this place 」

Es war kein Appartement sondern nur ein Zimmer dass professorisch in eine Wohnung gezimmert wurde, es Leben noch 6 andere Personen inklusive der Besitzer in der Wohnung! Als wir reklamierten haben wir bis jetzt noch kein Geld zurück bekommen, wir sind wieder abgereist und haben nicht dort geschlafen, Expedia und Vrbo haben uns nicht geholfen der Vermieter hatte keine Ahnung wie man das storniert und hatte nicht einmal Zugang zu seinem Account! Absolutes No Go - auf...
