I had an amazing stay at the Marquee Hotel in Medellín! From start to finish, the service was top tier. Huge shoutout to Cilene and Edwin they truly went above and beyond. Even before we arrived, they reached out via WhatsApp to make sure we were taken care of, offering transportation and assistance with anything we might need. That level of attention already set the tone for a great stay. The hotel is located right by Parque Lleras, which means everything is super walkable restaurants, shopping, nightlife, work meetings, you name it. It’s honestly the perfect strip to be on whether you’re here to eat well, shop, party, or even work. That said, it is a lively area. It can get loud, so if you’re traveling with kids or you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room that doesn’t face Parque Lleras. For me, it was totally fine, I can sleep standing up 😂 and I loved being right in the action. The food and drinks at the hotel were excellent, and the service throughout our stay was consistently great. Another thing I really appreciated was how helpful they are with tourists they offer transportation and tour packages, which is perfect if you’re visiting Medellín and aren’t sure what to do or where to go. Everything feels easy and well organized. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. If you’re coming to Medellín and want to be in the heart of it all, the Marquee Hotel is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

Overall, I had a good stay at Marquee Hotel. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and most of the staff were courteous and helpful. However, toward the end of my stay, I was mistakenly accused of bringing an additional guest, even though I fully followed hotel policies and did not bring anyone. The situation was later clarified and the staff apologized, but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Given that there are security cameras in the lobby and common areas, I believe this could have been handled more carefully. Aside from this incident, the stay was positive.

Poor CUSTOMER Service . There are prostitute around the hotel . If you going with Your husband better dont pick this hotel, they do not told you this. I went to the bar Down stairs and one day they Charge me 52,000 pesos in one margarita and then the it her day they Charge me 72,111 pesos fue the same margarita . CUSTOMER Service is sucks. I had an incredible experience at the Marquee Hotel in Medellin, Colombia in November 2025. I would like to give a special thank you to the staff who made my experience so wonderful. Sara and Allan worked the front desk and were very friendly people. They often worked evenings and did their best to help me have a wonderful experience while at the hotel. David was helpful in helping me with my luggage. The staff at the bar, Daniel, Elkin, and Jair, as well as the waiters Daniel, Marlos, Laura, and Mateo demonstrated exceptional customer service experience in the bar area. The lobby was always very clean. During my stay, Maribel and Yised provided exceptional kindness and services. I would also like to thank Edulia and Cilene for their wonderful check out experience and speedy service via WhatsApp. Laura, you have a wonderful team at the Marquee Hotel. The experience overall was good. The location is exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful. Area of improvement the customer service. Not enough information, communication thru watsup, the room service poor. Breakfast when included is enough and ok variety but service horrible and poor wiliness to serve and make customers feel they value their stay. We stay during hollowing and if you are thinking about resting that is not the place.
