「My review is against Charlotte the “manager” I brought up the pet fee as it’s specified on the website as per stay per night but, I was charge per dog. She mention changing the verbiage & adjusting the fee. However, she charge me the full amount. She didn’t provided a receipt. Just un-trust worthy. 「Everything about Parmer’s resort was great! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the amenities were fun, the space around rooms were filled with lots of seating and areas to relax. There was a variety of breakfast items as well. 」

「J'avais demandé une chambre avec vue sur piscine, j'ai eu une chambre avec vue sur parking. La propreté de la chambre est à revoir (calcaire dans la douche, douche qui goutte, sol de la chambre pas totalement propre). Pour le petit-déjeuner il n'y avait quasiment rien à manger. Le parking est payant, cela n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce, c'est un peu abusé je trouve de faire payer un parking en plus. Un peu déçu des prestations.」
