「I was surprised this hotel was not full during our stay. It seemed a great value to me, and the decor featuring extensive wood carving was impressive. Of course we were there during the shoulder season in mid September so that may explain fewer guests. The room opened to the hotel back, so it was quiet. With the window open, you will hear the sounds of the nearby river, which helped me sleep. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the bed was good. The bathroom had a shower (no tub),...

「The staff was quite rude and with attitude. No free water is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. No drinks with a dinner is very strange. Buffet style dinner was amazing, but the portions of the evening meals were like for children.」

「Great room and absolutely beautiful food we loved the spa room and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the cinema. The room was very clean and there was good game rooms and the view outside was to die for. The only bad thing was that you had to carry your skis around 350 meters before you could get to the skiing spot. Overall we had a blast and we recommend it as a place to have your ski holiday and relax. It is a lot of fun for both kids and parents 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE.」

「Nous avons dû changer de chambre dû à un lavabo qui était bloquer, mais par la suite on nous a donner une chambre bien correct. A l'arriver le personnel n'est pas trop souriant mais cela faut pas s'en faire. Les déjeuner sont très bon.」

「Allt var perfekt. Rymligt boende även om vi var 7 personer. Trevligt med badtunna och bastu. Vi kunde även grilla på gården. Detta boende funkar bra alla årstider. Stort plus till ägarna som var otroligt hjälpsamma.」
