「It really was a beautiful and charming medieval property, but with all the modern comforts. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. Being greeted by the smell of baking, every time I came back, was glorious! The bakery team were also, really friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for having me Madam Troppi! You were kind and hospitable. 」

「Perfect place to stay if you want to have holiday in Alsace region, we stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the region both the “route de vin” and the Vosges area. The hotel is quite and have a nice restaurant both for dinner and breakfast.」

「Notre séjour a été fantastique à la maison Gambrinus ! Les tartes flambées y sont excellentes ! Surtout la forestière ! Les chambres sont typiquement alsaciennes et très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent avec tes produits locaux de grande qualité. Nous recommandons ce lieu qui a le charme de l’ancien.」

「Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place.」
