「My husband and I decided to head to wine country at the last minute to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary a couple weeks early. We found Yamhill Flats and it was delightful. Nice downtown location making it easy to walk to dinner, easy access to lots of wineries. Room was clean and charming. Bed was comfortable. I was a little stressed about not getting the door code until the last minute but everything worked out like a charm. It was a great little get-away. They even left us a sweet note...

「My wife and I (and our dog) stayed at the Arrington Retreat in April 2024. This was our second time at this property. It has a great fenced yard, both front and back that our dog really enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked and the family room is a comfortable place to gather. We were helping a very ill relative and we needed to extend our stay a couple of times. The property manager was very helpful in extending our stay. This house worked well for our visit.」

「This is a daylight basement situation with only one sliding door for ventilation. You can also hear people walking above you, but they are very considerate. The bed was not comfortable. Everything was wonderful. They supplied you with coffee creamer, coffee, A bottle of wine, welcoming, popcorn, and the bathroom had everything you could possibly need including conditioner and air freshener. The price was certainly fair for what we got. Thank you.」

「We stayed here with our daughter while she looked for an apartment before starting school at Pacific. The views are spectacular and the house very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. We would hands-down stay here again! Just seven minutes from downtown Forest Grove.」

「We had a good experience and would stay here again. We enjoyed the space. The Studio is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The bed is comfortable. The shower is great. I loved the heated flooring in the bathroom. We didn't have any issues with noise from the market below. The one issue we had was the internet and TV. Both were slow and dropped connection frequently. This was only an issue at night since everything closes around 8 or 9 pm, and we tend to stay up later.」

Our only two downsides were that the sprinklers always seemed to be going off whenever we were outside on the patio and the gun club that is nearby starts shooting at 8am and that noise is constant. Otherwise a great homebase spot for doing tastings.」
