"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow—an absolutely stunning stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The hotel is breathtaking, especially the classical Chinese gardens—peaceful, elegant, and incredibly beautiful. Walking through the grounds feels like stepping into a painting. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and super helpful, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming. One of the highlights was renting a hanfu dress directly at the hotel. The collection is gorgeous, with so many beautiful styles to choose from, and the service was truly professional—from fitting to styling. It made the entire experience feel authentic and special. "We love this hotel for its beautiful facility, clean and spacious rooms, great amenities and friendly staff. This is not a new hotel but what impressed us is that the bathrooms still look very new and very clean. The only thing we were not happy with is that most of the breakfast dishes were sort of tasteless. Of course we are fully aware that tasting depends a lot on personal preference. So all in all, we fully enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this great hotel to anyone who visits Wuxi."
