"Great staff, clean and well equipped room, good location "

"The property looks much better in Expedia photos than it feels in person. Rooms have been renovated but lack basic amenities for comfort. As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros. Wir hatten leider ein sehr hellhöriges Zimmer und ein unerklärliches Gepolter war ab 5 Uhr morgens in unserem Zimmer zu hören. Freundliche Reaktion auf unsere Anmerkung zwecks des Lärms, konnten das Problem in der zweiten Nacht leider nicht abstellen."

" Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families."
