「Comfy easy access room with walk-in shower, very helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet given it was Eater Saturday night.
EV charger parking spot was occupied for many hours by a non-electric vehicle and the adjacent spot occupied by an EV which was not on charge. Staff said they were not responsible for its use.」

「Our room was cosy & clean in the Garden house. We loved the buggies that took us all around the different parts of the estate. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Our Sunday dinner was delicious. Breakfast was excellent too.
The SPA tailored massage treatment given by Sylvia was so amazing. The indoor swimming pool was lovely. The saunas & jacuzzi was so relaxing. We had an amazing Birthday celebration at Beaverbrook. I highly recommend this hotel. 」

「Lovely grounds and gardens. Nice relaxing short break and good facilities for young children. Ran out of some food options at breakfast and very busy over the bank holiday but otherwise a good stay 」

「The single negative Is that we ordered pizza we wanted to eat in bed but they then didn’t have any.,
Other than that, staff were polite and friendly, especially the ladies on reception in both the hotel and the pool on Wednesday evening.
The steam room, pool and jacuzzi were all a good temperature (I hate a cold pool and jacuzzi, there’s just no point as it’s not enjoyable).

「Everything was excellent. Staff who expertly served a table of 24, courteous, efficient, polite. Food was amazing. Room was outstanding. All staff were lovely, approachable and helpful. Added bonus was a welcome for breakfast and more delicious food. Absolutely stunning all round」
