"We loved this Vrbo! It was older but well maintained. The kitchen cabinets were stocked enough for our basic needs and the owner even had condiments and drinks in the fridge for us. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap (good brands too). The laundry machines were easy to use and quick to wash and dry clothes. "We enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasant home in a cute neighborhood but there were roosters on one or both sides so not good if you are looking for quiet. Host was very pleasant and helpful. "

"This house had enough amenities but was not clean at all! Old beds that made noise with a small turn. Floors were dirty and with trash. Bathroom smelled very bad with a broken (or old?)shower handles. Bathrooms had white stained bathroom mats. Rooms had smelly “clean” towels. Pots and pans were dirty and old. My 3 night stay was just enough to sleep, but we were cleaning most of the time to have a peaceful stay. Nice backyard though."

"We recently stayed at this property in Merced as a large group of 20, booking four separate rooms, and our experience was very positive. The hotel is in an excellent location with many dining options nearby. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with convenient features such as a chair that converted into a bed. We enjoyed the pool during our stay, and although towels were not initially available, the front desk responded promptly and provided them right away, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast each morning exceeded expectations, offering a wide variety of options including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, a waffle maker, assorted breads, bagels, muffins, and condiments such as Nutella and jelly. The juice machine provided apple, orange, and cranberry juice, which was a nice touch. Overall, this hotel provided comfort, convenience, and excellent service. It was well-suited for our large group, and I would recommend it to both families and groups traveling to the area."
