住宿简介
Juju’s Pond House on Smith Pond
- Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. Our family settled here in 1951. The farmhouse was built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.
We have three exterior security cameras, one that faces the front yard, one that faces the side yard by the back door and one that faces the dock by the pond.

We having been staying at VRBO rentals for several years now and JuJu's on the Pond is the most relaxing, accommodating, clean, memorable "home away from home" place we have stayed. The history of the house is so heartwarming and charming. The property is a perfect respite from city living. The views from the house are amazing. The house and grounds are exceptionally well maintained. We didn't want for a thing, as the hosts have thought of everything and then some!Communication was quick and caring.Easy drive into Dothan where we found plenty to do and enjoy.Thank you Matt and family for sharing your little piece of heaven on earth! We throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend others experience life at JuJu's Pond House!

location on map and actual site did not compare. Wanted the river view and fishing which pond offered no fish. Over run by box turtles in all bodies of water and areas of pond. Was great place to go for complete relaxing. Was picturesque perfect in all aspects for scenery. Thank you for having us. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless !!

Wonderful stay! As soon as you pull into the driveway you are hit with an incredible view of the pond. As you drive back to the house it gets better. It was super quiet and peaceful. We loved the screened in porch and the fire pit. The home was super comfortable and we really liked the coffee bar in the kitchen. If we had a question, Matt answered very quickly. It was great having Publix nearby. We hope to stay again soon at Juju’s pond house.

I don't know if I'll be able to say enough about this place for you to see the true beauty in it. The house and the property are beautifully kept. The house is quaint and very comfortable. The pond is perfect for fishing and the trails are great for a relaxing walk. We loved the book provided at the house about how, why and when it was moved to the pond. It added that little extra touch that made us love it even more. The host even provided some amenities including kids toys, games & puzzles, soaps, a shaving kit, and a personal care kit with sewing supplies. It is all the thought put into this home and property that made it relaxing and beautiful!! I highly recommend this place!
