The suite itself was very nice. However, what my husband & I didn’t like is that there is nobody working the front desk after 7pm. For us old people doing an after hours check-in was a problem. Also, for the 5 nights 4 days that we were there nobody ever came in & even emptied out the trash—let alone gave us fresh towels. No offense, but we’re paying through the nose for these rooms & customer service is almost non-existent.

Cindy, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I'm sorry your stay was not as pleasant as we hoped. Here at StayAPT- Suites we strive to provide an excellent experience for our guests in our apartment style hotel. We do have limited office hours, but we always have a manager on-call for any emergency or assistance. Also, we provide housekeeping, every 7 days to our in house guest at that time. I'm sorry you were not made aware of on concect and hope you will consider staying with us again.

Beautiful and comfort
This place is very cozy, and beautiful. I enjoyed my stay there. Wish it wasn't quite so expensive though, I would have stayed longer.

Never again.
The pictures made this place look great and it looked like the pictures. It seemed to be in good shape but it was nasty. There was a box of half eaten pizza in the refrigerator when we checked in. The bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them like they hadn’t been changed. There were large black spots on the sheets and some lighter brown ones that would flake up if you scratched on them. The pull out sofa bed had bits of food in it and spots on it. I originally had the place for two nights. We got in late and by the time we got set up in the room and found these issues there was no one to assist. We called the number we were given and no one answered. There was no soap or toiletries and no elevator. They still charged me full price for the night I stayed even though it was subpar. I won’t be staying there again. It’s unfortunate because the place has the potential to be really nice and the front desk personnel was great. But cleanliness is huge for me and this was seriously lacking. It appears people are living in the apartments around you and the unoccupied ones are being rented out. There was a lot of noise until about 2:30 in the morning when the music and tv and talking finally stopped. I was not prepared for that aspect as well but that’s not their fault. You should just be aware if you decide to stay there.

Comfortable Stay
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel find. I loved it. Only thing that was strange is that after check-in I was never able to find a person at the Front Desk.

Thank you for taking the time to view our property. I'm glad to hear you loved the property. Our front desk does have limited hours 8a-9p M-F and 9-5 Sat. and Sun. If they were not there during business hours, they were probably cleaning rooms as we all tend to pitch in around here. If ever you need assistance you can call the office number it will forward to the on-call attendant. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again.

I usually dont write reviews but i felt the need in this case. I had high hope for this hotel, but I immediately regretted the decision to book here. The room seemed as though it had not been cleaned at all. Crumbs all over the floor. Bathroom was filthy, and dead roach smashed on wall. Got in touch with front desk and they were very nice and understanding, but I would not recommend this property.

Clean, nice with everything we needed.
This is a great place for a single person, couple, or small family. I loved the layout of the apartment. The stone countertops were awesome and it was great to have a full kitchen. I loved the simple modern furniture. It could be made better by having hooks by the door for coats and bags as well as more dishes.

New property, old feeling.
New property only open 7 months, feels like a remodel of old school property. Finishes are new but feel like won't last because of lack of quality. There is easy parking and close to food options. The cooking area is very sparsely done, but full-size equipment.

I really like the layout of the room with the little kitchen and living room area. The price is very reasonable, the staff is pleasant and the property seems well-maintained. I must say, though, that the floor in the room wasn’t very clean. I would stay there again hoping this is not their typical housekeeping.

Great property for the price! The unit was very clean and very spacious. The property was very quiet but the walls are pretty thin so if you have noisy neighbors you will likely hear them. Loved the fitness center! Great equipment, clean, and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!
