Perfect location, well appointed, frequently visited by grazing deer and fawns. A very minor maintenance issue was quickly resolved. Check-in and out was a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again.

Adorable condo with a beautiful setting. Lots of birds and some deer right there. 2 minute drive to downtown Saugatuck. Kitchen is gorgeous. Very spacious and the pics don't do it justice. There's a table on the lower patio perfect for meals that wasn't in listing. Decent beds. Only negative is wall thickness between two of the bedrooms. Would also suggest rental company create a signable pact with neighboring units, as one neighbor was quite loud very late one night. Other than that, perfect!
