The property was in a great location. Literally a 2 minute drive to Saugatuck. It was incredibly clean and very comfortable. Great views too. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. We drove extra cars and although I may have overlooked it, I am writing to let others know that ample street parking is available very close, within the condo development. The whole experience with this rental was perfect. Thank you!

Family getaway

We enjoyed our time at this property, which felt somewhat secluded with its location on the water, but it was also an easy walk to downtown Douglas or quick drive to downtown Saugatuck. The home was clean and spacious, had lots of outdoor space on the porches and balconies, and was convenient to have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. While it wasn’t a problem for us, be aware that the third bedroom on the lowest level does not have a door to close it off at the bottom of the stairs, so noise from the main floor living space could be an issue. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to the area.

We were very happy with 3 bedrooms each getting their own bath as well as a powder room off the gathering area. Kids were happy to have good cable tv and Netflix access for downtime. Older son was thrilled to have lower level all to himself. Deck is small but we enjoyed sitting on it. We were disappointed that the boardwalk was closed due to flooding but walked to Red Dock via sidewalks. Centrally located and super easy to get to was a great plus. It was clean and quiet so our down time was peaceful with the young ones taking naps. We would stay there again.

Beautiful views in a comfortable condo

This townhouse style condo is new and very comfortable with gorgeous views of Lake Kalamazoo and Saugatuck from the decks of the condo. We had plenty of room to relax and the kitchen was well stocked. The communication with Ethan was great - he responded right away to any questions. Check in and check out was not a problem at all. We would definitely come back to this place.

Beautiful Views

Loved the View

I stayed at the condo with my husband, adult child and my parents. The condo was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spacious, clean, welcoming. We loved the bedroom layouts. It allowed everyone to have their own space and privacy. The condo has everything you need. The bikes were a nice surprise, since the condo is roughly a mile from downtown Saugatuck. We walked to downtown Douglas in the mornings for coffee. It’s a nice short walk through a cute neighborhood. This was our first time to Saugatuck and I would definitely return. I would also rent this condo again. You can’t beat the amazing views from the main floor and master, just beautiful.

Beautiful and accommodating!!!

Initially there was a mishap with the communication from VRBO to the property manager. Once I contacted Ethan at the property management office, he quickly corrected the issue and made the experience wonderful for my family and me. We would definitely go back to this property and plan to next year. The property itself is breathtaking. The view on the lake is immeasurable. Quaint Cottages (property management) is taking the cleanliness to the next level with concerns of COVID. I felt so comfortable that my family’s health was the number one priority! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great place to stay

We had a great time in Douglas and our rental experience was excellent. The condo was very clean and looked just like the online pictures. We had lots of room for our family of 4. We cooked for a few meals and had the basic necessities we needed. We rode the bicycles multiple times to go to downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. The location was perfect for both places. We were able to enjoy the view from any one of the 4 decks and being right on the water made for a beautiful view any time of the day. We would definitely stay here again and plan to visit this area again on a future trip.

Amazing property in Douglas with beautiful views of Lake Kalamazoo. Perfect location, across the street from J Petter gallery and walkable to Douglas. Also a quick walk to the Red Dock bar, great location for an afternoon beverage. Very quiet and serene location, we will be back!
