Situated on the first floor of a fully renovated former hotel, this bright, south-east-facing apartment offers direct access to a private beach shared by the residence — a rare and highly sought-after privilege in the area.

Bon séjour sur la rive du lac d’Annecy

Bon séjour dans un logement accueillant. Le seul inconvénient est la présence d’une route très fréquentée devant le bâtiment (heureusement nous étions sur l’arrière, moins impacté).Un grand plus: la plage privée réservée aux occupants du bâtiment.
