“very convenient location with market and shops in one direction and seafront and eateries in the other, all within walking distance. the apartment was one of the best maintained and cleanest we have ever stayed in. would definately do it again”

“A wonderful place to stay. I will gladly book it again. There needs to be better directions to locate it. The next road west is listed as that street. I ended up going from that place to an address in Canterbury, then back to the property. ”

“A unique location. Enjoyable place to holiday and relax. Great community and excellent walking trails. Historic sites close by and great pub food in close walking distance.The accommodation has an excellent bathroom and kitchen. Stairs are risky and neck-breaking. Master bedroom has a very small double-bed. Some nice pieces of antique furniture but most furniture in lounge and dining is not in good condition and broken lounges need replacing. Dining table too fragile to be used. Laneway at front……

“Well equipped comfortable property in central Sandwich with parking. Short walk to all local amenities and good roads to all the surrounding area. We had a great week here. ”

“As indicated, the flat was very clean and comfortable and very central. I did however have an issue with bathroom facilities. Putting it mildly, rhe bath and shower were unsafe and I did not use them. I am a small woman but found entry and exit of the bath quite dangerous. The moveable showerscreen had been fixed to the bath and a notice attached to it saying not to hold on. No other handles were fixed. This reduced entry and exit of te bath to around 18" at the sloping end”

“Lovely, homely house (a lot bigger than it looks from the pictures), right on the beach. Really well equipped house, especially the kitchen, plenty of herbs, spices and sauces if you wanted to cook.Would like to return one day, nice part of the world, and a fabulous house, thanks for having us x”
