From check in and helping us with a dual access room to be near our kids, every question to service staff was answered in a friendly way and nothing was too much trouble. "We came for Disney land but enjoyed the pool, bar, and poppy’s restaurant for breakfast. This has been my most comfortable Disney trip yet. We will be back."

"Beware booking and prepaying with expedia. Your room type is not guaranteed. Also responses with staff regarding issues tend to be less than professional. This past stay I also over head valet openly talking in a disrespectful way about women. "

Ensuring we had everything we needed to get us through our trip. There are also a lot of great picture spots throughout the hotel, which was great for us with our 5 yr. old on her first trip to Disney!"
