「Front desk staff were very unhelpful, slightly rude and seemed put off when we asked for anything. The overall attitude of our check in service left a bad taste for our 3 night stay. AC wall unit in a $600 per night hotel room seems crazy, terrible shower pressure, ac was noisy and rattles all night, making it hard to sleep, also didn’t keep the room cool. The beach chair and water attendant was wonderful, friendly and helpful!」

「Pleasant stay. Clean rooms, great location, comfortable beds. Only downside was my room location which I paid for partial ocean view and had water dripping from pipes running along the top of the balcony so unable to sit outside.」

Issue was with our room… our bedding and the extra blanket bedding had short dog hair all over. We had our room serviced and still dog hair in the sheets and around on the floor. I have allergies and this made it really hard to sleep and be in the room at all.」

「The hotel itself was clean and bright with nice colors. The staff was present and quickly acted when we asked for towels, and toiletries. I felt that the bathtub could have been cleaned better. The floor still had dust, the hotel phone did not work, which meant going down to lobby for things. 1 of the lamps, had no bulb. The pool was clean, heated, yet the towels for the pool were small, and not cleaned well.」

「First the good: the staff is extremely helpful and kind working with you, which is good, because you WILL need them. We had to change rooms at check in because the first was so mildewy and gross, mold growing on the bed skirts and furniture. 2nd room was also bad but everything else was sold out, so we just went to Walmart and bought a whole bunch of lysol and febreeze to make it breathable. The couch was soooo gross, we also bought a blanket to cover that so we could actually sit on it, this...
