“I really liked the location of the hotel and the view of the city from the room. The room never had bath robes and the shampoo and body wash in the shower was empty. Everything else about the room was great. Could have used a complimentary breakfast with the price of the room. The bar/lounge was great ,
however the Starbucks in the hotel had a very rude staff member working and she was not friendly and when asked to get more cream she gave myself and my girlfriend attitude. This was around 10am on……

“Had a lovely stay in this charming boutique hotel. My flight arrived late (2am), which is after the official check-in time, but when I contacted them to let them know, they were great in letting me check-in upon arrival. The hotel was centrally located for all my needs - a quick walk to many restaurants and coffee shops, and only a five minute drive to everywhere else I wanted to go. If I come back to St John's, I would definitely consider staying again.”

“The staff are not there all the time, but they met us to let is in. There are lots of items available, for an extra charge. Parking is included, and that is a plus. It is a beautiful home, but very expensive compared to other options. Walkable, if you are in good shape, to downtown. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.”
