"We absolutely loved this hidden gem. The views of the water were beautiful and the water was exceptional. Robyn was an amazing host and always answered promptly if I messaged her with questions. 10 out of 10. We will definitely be going back again and were thinking about making a yearly family trip."

"I wish we stayed longer!! Our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, the cabin is beautiful and clean and we were provided with everything we needed to enjoy the stay. Little things like roasting sticks, an airfryer and pool floats, and float pump made the trip so much more comfterble and enjoyable. We had all the materials we needed to cook all our meals in the cabin like one big family. Check in and out was seamless. -And the cabin actually had more than abldvertized! Our favorite thing in the lake was the floating trampoline and fishing! I recommend stargazing on the floating trampoline if you visit! Were going to miss coffee in those rocking chairs and watching the fog on the lake. This was a hidden heaven and we hope to come back soon!"

"Relaxing stay on Lake Malone : )Decided to take a trip down to the lake to enjoy some family time with our 2 sons before they headed off to college. Our doggo Jingle enjoyed it too.The house and surrounding property are nicer than even the online pictures. The house was spotless when we showed up and the view of the lake is beautiful! We enjoyed coffee, adult beverages and nice chats on the large deck, at the fire pit, and also in front of the picture window with 2 comfy chairs. The kayaks were great for getting out onto the water in the late afternoon/early evening. We'd kayak to the right and almost to the rock walls where the lake opens up. Plenty of room at the dining table to play games at night (many games provided) and seating to watch movies. Also enjoyed taking a morning walk down some of the lake roads to look at the lake houses. House is well stocked and we had everything needed to cook our meals. There's a Dollar General up the road if you need food/supplies. Letreze was an accommodating, communicative host who made us feel most welcome. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"We had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the house is spacious with comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure, and a great washer/dryer. Arriving was easy with the carport and level, paved parking. We loved the AC, fire pit with wood provided, and relaxing on the deck overlooking the cow field. It is dog-friendly, but note that the backyard is not fully fenced (our puppy escaped into the field). The kitchen has an ice maker and condiments, which is helpful since groceries are 20 minutes away, but bring your own coffee. Russellville diners are worth the drive. However, there were a few concerns. The house sits very close to the road with noticeable traffic noise, and headlights shine into the front bedroom (blackout curtains are needed). Inside, the front bedroom fan rattles, there is no dishwasher, and we had black ants around the sink. More seriously, the master bath GFI outlet was broken, the back porch door jammed shut until maintenance forced it open, and a window in the hallway shower leaked, flooding the adjacent bathroom floor. With maintenance and upgrades, this could be a stellar property, but if in the area again we'd still stay."

"This place was perfect for my family of 6. The outside covered deck was a plus. Not many stairs to water after being in house. We rented a boat from Lake Malone Pontoon Rentals. Would definitely consider Lake Malone again."
