「From the moment I arrived, the scenery was beautiful. The lake with various different birds, the trees, forest etc. I loved the cabin, just perfect along with the outdoor fire pit/bbq where you buy logs through an app. I will definately be visiting again. Loved it 😊😊😊😊😊」

「We have been to many lodges but this has got to be the best one we have stayed at, newly refurbished and my god you can sure tell… we loved every minute of our stay, inside was very cosy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect and red hot for all of our weeks stay. We enjoyed watching and listening to the wildlife whilst sat on the swing in the day and at night. We wouldn’t hesitate on coming back to this lodge site.」

「We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Bluebell shepherds hut. The accommodation was well equipped, and beautifully decorated. We couldn't have asked for a comfier bed! The hot was an added treat and just as lovely in the drizzle!Only thing that could be improved is better Wi-Fi connection, it is there, just intermittent. Sue was a delight to be welcomed by and had we needed anything, I have no doubt we would have received it quickly.」

「A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again.」

「This was our second visit to this lovely cottage. It is very quaint and cosy. The setting is very peaceful - lots of birds singing and rabbits in the field. There is a busy road next to the cottage but that didn’t detract from the feeling of tranquility. The hot tub is fabulous. It’s a great base to explore the local area. It’s so easy to get a bus into Pocklington which is a lovely market town with good shops, pubs and restaurants. We had a great holiday and will definitely come back in...
