The space
The Cozy Encounter is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ranch style home. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The home includes a stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and all the essentials (linens, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, trash bags, etc). Complimentary coffee pods, creamer, and sweetener are also provided.

The home offers a nice deck to the backyard with fire pit (firewood not provided-although most of the local gas stations sell firewood bundles).

The house is conveniently located approximately only a 15 minute drive to The Ark Encounter, 40 minutes to The Creation Museum, 1 hour to Lexington, and 35 minutes to Cincinnati.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy all areas inside the home as well as the front and back yards.

There is a fire pit that that can be used as well.

Since the home is located on a quiet dead-end street it is in a perfect location for evening walks and is kid friendly.
As a full disclosure an extensive long term landscaping project is being conducted around the perimeter of the back yard of the property which consists of pulling overgrown shrubs / trees and replacing with privacy fence. Also woven fence has been taken down
