「Very covenient place」

「I liked the my room in this property that has washing machine, I washed my clothes in it, because I had to extend my stay in there, and pretty much cloth to everything, transportation bus system is few steps away from the hotel, and you can get to anywhere you want to go 」

「I wasn't even welcome! They left me on the street and a guest, to help me, went to reception and brought back the following response from the woman who was working at the time: that I had made the reservation on the same day and that things didn't work that way. Extremely rude and not true, as I made the reservation 12 days earlier. I was left alone on the street at 3 a.m., with three suitcases and nowhere to go. 」

「There is no place called blue water it’s just fake 」

「Unable to contact the staff. I booked accommodation for 4 people, but they placed them in separate rooms. The actual rooms are very different from the pictures shown. Additionally, I originally booked the stay at a hostel in Palm, but when my team arrived, they were transferred to another hotel because the hostel was reportedly full. The listing shows 4 people per room; however, there are 10 or more people staying in each room. Paid for AED 1,687.68 for 6 nights waste of money!!!」

「No wifi for 7 days!… The staff kept lying; ‘tomorrow will be fixed’… It hurt my work for the whole week. Kitchen not fully working, cleanliness problems… There were better option at same price. I would not recommend this place. I don’t like to write bad reviews but this place and people deserve it. 」
