We were leaving the hotel early for our departure so Jeanette from the Club Lounge offered to prepare a breakfast to go. Which we did receive at 5am in our room. Luz from the check in counter was also very friendly."

"The cleanliness of this hotel is excellent, terrific and knowledgeable staff, and nice size rooms. The in-house breakfast at Sofia's is an excellent value. My only issue is that it is on the fringe of Business Bay, which makes it a bit far from the Dubai Mall and even the metro stop. We love to walk so we actually walked the distances all the time but just be aware of this if you are not mobile."

"Very nice and friendly staff, rooms were big and big bathrooms. Very clean hotel and an amazing breakfast. Plus the bonus of watching sunrise from breakfast table. Everything was fabulous and also very close to metro station and the airport as they provide shuttles too."
