「We were there over Christmas and it was wonderful! Clean room, friendly staff, and the location were great! The restaurant gave us meal options for Christmas and the day after since almost everything is closed those two days. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「Throughly enjoyed our stay at Castleknock. Such a warm welcome received, a stunning room - super size for our family of 4 and a lovely birthday card, balloon and chocolates for our son whose 9th birthday it was the day we checked in. So thoughtful and hugely appreciated. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, the great selection at breakfast and friendly staff. Thanks to all who made it so special. We will be back! 」

「I booked under VIP access. When I arrived, they didn't give me any upgrade or 20% food and beverage discount coupon. I need to ask the reception. He said my room already upgrade and no more 20% discount coupon but my colleague booked without VIP access. Her room is higher floor and even nicer than mine. I felt cheating. 」
