We stayed at this property 8/18/25 - 8/24/25. Perfect location in the Old Town to be able to walk, see and do everything. Although crowds get big during the day with the Jesuit Stairs right outside, it was never too loud inside the apartment. Great bakery (Mlinar) right down the walkway from the apartment as well as a daily famer's market in the square. Great rooftop bar/restaurant across from the apartment (Zox Box) that we had drinks and food at a couple times. Loved the apartment! Plenty of room, nice amenities, and everything inside the city and outside the city is easily walkable. Loved the apartment and Dubrovnik. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent property in the middle of the old town. Despite being next to various bars and restaurants it was quite quiet, although it was usually busy outside in the daytime. Air conditioning was great. Instructions were clear and we had no issues during our stay.

The apartment location was great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment entrance was from one of the stairs on Jesuite Stairs. This is being a very popular tourist site, the apartment was noisy even in late night. We found the apartment clean, the bathroom was clean. There were enough cups and plates but limited utensils but served our purpose for making breakfast. The electric tea kettle didn’t function as desired. It worked only one day after we got in touch with Jelena, who let us in. But it didn’t work next few days we were there. I was in contact with Bozo ( may be the owner) who offered us a ride from the airport and Jelena, his employee (I think) will meet us at the drop off place to take us to the apartment. We agreed to this service because of escorting us to the apartment (being there for the first time). But Jelena did not meet us there. We reached there using Google map. Taking Uber from the airport would have been significantly less. Basically Bozo cheated us, he didn’t even respond to any of my emails I sent regarding this. So, my advise, don’t fall for Bozo’s service.

I don’t think there could be a nicer place to stay in this city. The apartment is super central, with backers and the market just steps away, but is above the street and not at all noisy.

The apartment is perfect for couples. Excellent position overlooking the Jesuit Stairs. Communication with the owner was great. Spotlessly clean and my wife really liked the shower.

Great place

This property is as pictured. It is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Be aware there are stairs, this was not a problem for us.The apt it over it is over "The walk of shame stairs" and large grouos would gather onthe steps just under the window, you'll hear people yelling "shame". This was not a problem once I closed the window and turned the airconditioner on, which worked very well. The location couldn't be better. The only stressful part was getting in contact with the property owner. We used Hotels.com to book it and somehow emails don't go through. Our phone service was not allowing us to text. Also, the town of Dubrovnik has free wifi. Getting there was so easy we walked into the airport lobby bought a shuttle bus ticket for Dubrovnik, waited outside for 30mins. Hopped on the nice bus and its was the first stop. Walked into the city walls and easily found the apartment. The people are so kind. I would stay here again for sure.
