The Point Room - Double Room with City View

  • The Point Room, located in Lapad, is a perfect place for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic centre, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.
    The keys are in the key locker., Free parking 50 m from the building

    This room is perfect fit for up to two persons.
    It is situated on the ground floor and has city view. It is air-conditioned and features free WiFi, plasma TV, refrigerator, water kettle.
    Private bathroom comes with shower and hairdryer.

    Dubrovnik’s Old Town is just 10 minute bus ride away, with a bus stop 400 meters from the property. Apartment is 3,2 km from Stradun and the Walls of Dubrovnik.

    Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 6 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22.3km away.
    The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
