“It feels like Valentina has thought of everything to make this a perfect place to stay in Lucca. Valentina’s communication, kindness and knowledge of the area were amazing. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the communal kitchen includes a water dispenser offering still and sparkling, free coffee and snacks as well as an incredible view over the amphitheater of Lucca. Just a few steps out of the front door is Cafe Santa Zita where we had the best coffee we had in Lucca and……

“What an amazing and cute B&B! The owners were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was divine with a large spread of meats, breads and fruits. The location of the B&B was ideal to explore Lucca's old walled city as it was only a few minutes walk away; and conveniently located close to the Lucca's train station as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone and love to come back!”

“First trip to Italy...location of the hotel was perfect. Monica was friendly and helpful...room was clean ....air conditioning welcome....Breakfast.....was ok but never had to go to another premises for it (was at a cafe round the corner which wasn't explained when booking). Would go room only if went again as cost of coffee and a croissant was less than the 10 Euros we were alloted.”

“The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. This hotel is not in the very center of Lucca but still convenient enough, as the old town which is……

“A lovely hotel set right in the centre but in a quiet street. Very clean rooms, excellent air conditioning and a good breakfast with great cappuccino. Every staff member is fantastic; so friendly and helpful. Already thinking about returning. May be an issue for someone with mobility problems as there is no lift.”
