「The condo is in Brian Wood right in the center of Brian Head with easy access to the sky lifts, Georg's, and the very few restaurants in town. One item I did not see is that the condo is on the third floor and there are no elevators which makes it difficult for older people or if you have a lot of gear you need to take up and down the stairs every day. We rented in the summer and the price for the 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was great. The condo is older and has 1980s decorations, is quite worn but...

「The property was clean and easy to get to my only gripe, however would be the bathroom the toilets location for tall people, not a good spot! And not enough televisions in the unit or there should be TVs in the bedrooms in my opinion as the weather was not conducive, but to stay indoors and one TV was not Ideal 」

「The unit was clean and had some nice upgrades such as bathroom vanity and bedroom furniture. The carpet needs to be replaced and kitchen appliances need to be updated. The couch is really old and needs to be replaced as well. Location was good, access to town walking trail.」
