Cozy House on Lake Annecy—Close to the Beach, Private Garden, Wood-Burning Stove, and Mountains

  • This recently tastefully renovated apartment welcomes you for a moment of relaxation or activity by the lake and in our mountains.

    The apartment is attached to our main house with its separate entrance and private and fenced garden.

    In summer, take advantage of the patio to enjoy your meals outdoors in peace and quiet and with a view of the mountains. In winter, convivial moments around a good blaze and await you!

    NEW SEASON 2025:
    - Reversible heat pump
    - Charger for electric cars, level 2 (extra charge depending on use)
    - Covered and secure bike storage

    This apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and comprises:
    - 2 bedrooms (140x200 beds)
    - A bathroom with bathtub
    - A separate toilet
    - A kitchen Fully equipped including Nespresso machine and raclette machine (8 people)
    - A large living area with central heating, and wood stove for comfort and extra ambiance in winter (wood provided)
    - Private garden with dining and relaxation area

This apartment was spacious perfectly appointed for a couple or a family. The host was extremely helpful, and everything is provided for trips to the lovely beach That’s just a 10 minute walk away. Special amenities include a washing machine an Nespresso coffee maker and goodies like chocolate and cookies. Lovely view and the patio and backyard of the mountains.

We have just left Nadine and Camerons amazing place near Lake Annecy and have already planned to return! From the moment we arrived and were met by the lovely hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were provided with some ‘useful’ basic food and drinks, plus gifted some treats to enjoy! The property is just perfect - modern, clean and comfortable, and in an outstanding location to view the spectacular mountains surrounding this great property (as a keen star gazer I found the dark skies a real bonus) We highly recommend this property for comfort, cleanliness and location. Thank you Cam and Nadine for allowing us stay and we really hope we get to stay again in the future. All the best. Sam and Phil
