「The property was well-presented and equipped, looking out on the lake and the mountains beyond from the living area. The bedrooms opened out onto the main Albertville to Annecy Road, and so were quite noisy (with the back balcony doors open) from about 6am. Fine in autumn and winter, not so good on a hot summer night, I would suspect. It was a base from which to explore elsewhere: Duingt itself isn't a tremendously lively place, and not very well served by restaurants. Not having a cafe...

「This was the most fabulous stop off having driven out from the UK, giving us a good break and enabling us to drive up to our ski resort early the next day. It was really comfortable. We were well prepared and had all our food and a nice bottle of wine with us.We enjoyed the football table and a few books.The accommodation would also work well for a large group.It’s a small drive off the main highway and it took us a little extra time to find, so worth paying attention to directions in advance. 」
