The suite was perfectly sized for four adults and one dog. The unit had all of the necessities one would need and the location, while not lake-centric, was great. Awesome eateries, shopping and bars/brew pubs within easy walking distance. We'll be back!

Great location

We had a quick trip to Duluth to see our son at college. Great location with access to great shopping and restaurants. Close to Canal Park snd a quick trip over to UMD. The condo was perfect for our family. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Will definitely plan on coming back!

This was a great place to stay! We had a great time in Duluth. It was easy to get in an out of town and in close proximity to canal park. The place was very neat and well maintained. Check in and out was an ease. Definitely be looking forward to staying here in the future.

UMD Football weekend

Great location, super modern and clean. Easy access to get in and out. Lots of nearby amenities. The arrival gift on the dining room table was a great touch. Finally, go eat at OMC Smokehouse - it’s so good!!

Exactly what we needed

We brought a friends for their first trip to Duluth and their first Willie Nelson show. I knew we were in a good spot, but I didn’t realize we were right on top of OMC. This was the perfect location - Only a few blocks to the Wild State Cider (my favorite) and Duluth Grill (always amazing), and 190 coffee is right across the street. Parking was easy, the place itself was great for two couples, and you have the best windows people watching. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

10/10 recommend!

We really appreciated the location and things to do downtown. We wanted to try OMC which is right next door and if you show them your reservation, you get bumped to the front of the wait list. What would have been an hour wait turned into about 5 minutes. That was really cool! We had our own parking spot in back which was nice to not have to look for parking. The view from our livingroom to the downtown was really pretty. Cant wait to come back!

West Duluth

The property itself was amazing. Would definitely go back. There were quite a few shops in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. The only downside is not being by the lake and close to down town and Canal Park, but we knew that when we booked the property. It was very, very clean and they had a nice gift bag and coupons for neighborhood businesses. Overall, a great place to stay. We had two tweens with us and they said “they wanted to live there”. 😋

Get away

Beautiful! The property is in a great location. It is in close proximity to many venues downtown, restaurants sightseeing, etc. The parking was also very convenient. We all commented on how clean and well done the restoration was on the property. They left coupon cards to use at different venues that would have savings applied, which was very useful. They had a beautiful gift basket waiting for us on the table with local vendor, snacks, drinks, coffee, etc..The only improvement suggestion would be to the master bedroom bed. The mattress on one end was sunken in all the way across. Other than that, would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay, can’t go wrong!

Everything you need

Great communication. I received a call from the host the day of check in letting me know if I had questions to call them at any time. Check in was extremely easy with the details emailed. Apartment was as described, with amenities and very clean. Assigned parking space in the rear lot and additional, for pay, parking in the same lot ($15 for 24 hrs.). Nice area for dogs next to parking lot and the host provided bags for clean up. Apartment is close to restaurant's, shops, breweries and bars. Highly recommended.

Loved easy access and parking space large bright common area and nice kitchen was great but having to climb on a bench to pull down shades is daunting Our major complaint was the lack of surfaces to set two suitcases and toiletry bags in the bedrooms. Also, they may look nice, but decorative pillows on a bed are unnecessary and create a further space problem.

Exceptionally clean in a great historic building. We had a problem with getting in because the manager texted us the wrong code. But once we were in, we found the place to be perfect for our needs. The second bedroom is a bit small but adequate. We had reserved parking along with an additional space for another car, which was a plus.
