Dating back to 1490, it originally protected the Tay estuary, and now houses a museum which explains the history of this pretty fishing village. Broughty Ferry train station is just minutes away. Plus, being just four miles from the city of Dundee, there are excellent road, rail and air links making for straightforward travel. The property is close to local bus routes and National Cycle Network Route 1 giving access to coastal cycling routes.
