The living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals at home.

The bathroom includes a full-size bath with an overhead shower, and the apartment is heated by a gas central system, keeping it warm and comfortable.

Free on-street parking is available right outside and on the surrounding streets - no permit needed.

The Location

The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from Broughty Ferry beach, Castle Green playpark, and Broughty Castle, with its brilliant views and small on-site museum. The train station is nearby, and everything in the town - from independent boutiques and well-known eateries to local favourites like The Selkie and Forgan’s, are easily reached on foot.

It’s a fantastic holiday base if you’re:

Visiting Dundee too (10 minutes by car / 6 minutes by train)
Playing at Carnoustie Golf Links (15 minutes by car)
Exploring St Andrews and the wider East Neuk (about 30 minutes’ drive)
Working in Dundee or the surrounding areas

Broughty Ferry itself is a lovely place to spend time - known for its coastal charm, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent food and drink. The nature reserve nearby offers quiet walking routes and wildlife spotting, and the beach is great for walks, runs, or simply watching the boats go by.
