Allamanda House

The house is perfect for a large group! Everyone has their privacy. Period. Kava was our house manager, and she was terrific. The only complaint is the large ceiling fan in the outside area does not work and it's obvious it has not worked for some time,.It is needed for both circulation and to keep the brutal fly and mosquitos away , especially in the evening. Luckily, we were prepared with bug spray, but even that did not help us but so much. Everything else that we mentioned to her was immediately taken care of !cheerfully even! Mita, the housekeeper, was superb. never hurried, always respectful and her work was excellent.!The sweeper came so early in the morning We missed him most of the time but he was respectful and hard-working also. The pool team also came as advised and was terrific. This house allowed us the space and privacy needed for several families and we will gladly use it again when we visit this beautiful island!

Allamanda is close to everything in town and just a short golf cart ride to the beach. Loved the outdoor living area and the pool.

This was the best house we have stayed in after fie trips to Harbour Island. Clean, spacious, beautiful outdoor area. The outdoor living area was perfect for hanging out all week. The management and housekeeping staff were great and attended all our needs. There were two leaks in the upstairs showers that came through th floor. We notified the house manager and she said they would address it. It was not a big deal for us, we just used the downstairs shower instead. Overall, a wonderful house.

Excellent Stay at Allamanda!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Allamanda could not have been more perfect! We were traveling w kids and another family and it not only checked all of the boxes, but also exceeded our expectations. We were ready to re-book the minute we left. Joe the property manager was also incredibly helpful. Location, decor, cleanliness, amenities - all 100%!
