"It was nice hotel , the location was pretty good we stayed here and took the tube and the Elizabeth line into London . The breakfast could have been better. We did have two fire alarms durning our stay one in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate and the other was durning the day when we’re out . Not the greatest thing to be standing outside at 4 am in the cold but better safe then sorry . I would actually stay here again. "

As a result, we got a slightly nicer room, and he gave me a chocolate bar from concession for free. The bartender was very friendly as well. Little touches like that make for a plan to return here again when at Heathrow."
