Why no early check in anymore?
"We got to La Quinta one hour before check in and we weren't allowed to check in early! I'm not understanding what the problem is with checking in 1 hr earlier. Booking site was misleading
"We booked a king bed with a jetted tub online. The room we received had a queen bed and bunk beds. I guess they took out the jetted tubs in January and didn't update their booking sites. The gentleman at the desk was very defensive and talked about getting a manager--but I just asked for a new room ..."
