Information for checking in /parking pass, etc was great. Easy to communicate with host too. She let us know dishwasher wasn’t working when driving there on day 1 which was disappointing for family with young kids who planned meals for all 3 days so having to wash dish’s daily routine took Gma away from playing with grandkids

Close to slopes but mediocre

Great location and decent view but that’s about it. Very old building, unit needs bath/kitchen remodel. Not enough glassware, cooking supplies which matters at Purg because there really is no where to eat. You get what you pay for here. Inexpensive 3 bedroom close to slopes. Crash pad.

Great place for a family

What a great little condo right by the slopes with a beautiful Mountain View. We had 6 kids with us with varying skiing abilities and they were able to come and go and enjoy their stay while the parents skied all day. It was a perfect

This condo had a great mountain view. It was within walking distance to the ski slopes. The kitchen was supplied with spices to make meals. We would stay here again.

Very Comfortable

Everything was great…except there is an issue with the hot water. Hot water only in master shower…no cold water i that one at all. Very hot! Other than that no issues.

I'm familiar with the property having stayed there before. The access to the mountain and lifts is great. I was disappointed that one bathroom sink had a note saying it was leaking and not to use but DPRC was contacted. No one came to fix during our time there. We also had a dishwasher that didn't drain so we had to do all dishes by hand. I would have thought all maintenance would have been completed before renting it out to us.

Comfortable, quite, great base for skiing Purgatory.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Directions and information was well organized, easy to access. Only suggestion for improvement was the cookware was of low quality, well worn and much of it heat warped. Had great experience otherwise.

Nice place for a family.

Nice clean place. A little older building than most places around it but inside of Condo was nice and clean. Well kept. Bedrooms and bathrooms. a little small but over all a great place for the price. Overall was very pleased as it was accurate as advertised.

As it looks in the pictures

The property is as it looks in the pictures. It was everything that we needed for our family and we enjoyed our time. Thanks for opening your home! Pros- the ski area is nice and has a small store for necessities. There was plenty of space for our two families. We were able to relax in the living room, cook, and eat together, which you don’t get at any hotel. Cons- The family upstairs steps with a loud foot. Not a big deal as we were out having fun most of the day. The sliding glass door is tough to open and could use an adjustment. There are a lot of supplies in the kitchen but much of it is old but useable. Overall, it was great. Thanks again!

On the Mountain

This property was well-situated in Purgatory Ski Resort. It was comfortable and quiet. The altitude was a bit much for the older people in our group.

Nice 3 bed/2 bath condo. The walk to the slopes wasn't too bad, even with fresh snow of the way. Would definitely look at booking again.

Great location

Perfect location right on the ski hill. It was actually closer than I expected. House had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again!
