“It was ok”

“Location was great. Place could use a refresh. The big complaint was lack of info on how to get into the unit after hours. The bldg is supposed to lock at 7pm and on 3 occasions it was locked around 5pm. We did have a key to access back of bldg. But we did not take it with us one day as we were returning way before 7pm one night. AFTER 3 nights there we were finally told how to access the key fob that allowed us entry into the bldg. This information should be given to guests. If the bldg posts……

“This unit is very cute and sufficiently provisioned for a couple. It is on the main floor and easy to access. Street noise was not really an issue but as an old (historic) building, you can sometimes hear the person a floor above walking around in the evening. Ear plugs are provided! I really loved how close the unit is to Main St where I spent most of my time (no car). Also, the grocery store is very close. The host is very responsive to questions. I would stay here again, no question!”

“Just a few items, miscommunication about the lock box. The 4 digit code was never given in the check in instructions. Since the property required a FOB access before you can gain entry and use the SMART lock for entry to the rental, our check-in was delayed until we contacted the manager several times to retrieve the code. We had a problem with the SMART lock. I believe the battery on the unit died or the unit malfunctioned. This prevented us from locking the rental anytime when we……
