Thee home is accessed directly off Highway 550: 4WD/AWD is required in winter months because the road gets snow packed and icy.

Our 3,600 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is right across from Purgatory Ski Resort and was recently remodeled down to the studs and finished with high-end finishes and furnishings. The home is perfect for multiple families as it features 3 separate living spaces and is spread across the 3 floors, offering plenty of space.

The large gourmet kitchen and dining area make preparing meals and dining together a breeze. The game room room on the bottom floor features a pool table, foosball table as well as a seating area, TV and bar and there is a ping pong table in the garage. The home features Starlink WIFI with average internet speeds are around 100mbs (we have seen them over 200mbs). Cable TV is not offered, but all TVs are smart, and with high-speed internet, streaming multiple devices/TVs is not a problem. The house also features AC for the few days each summer it gets a bit warm in the mountains.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
